# GLPI recovery

1. Stop Nginx and PHP-FPM on an isolated host with matching GLPI, PHP and plugin versions.
2. Restore SQL using `gzip -dc glpi.sql.gz | mariadb glpi`; extract files to their recorded paths.
3. Apply least-privilege ownership to writable paths and protect configuration/secrets.
4. Start services; check GLPI status, login, an inventory record and a known attachment.
